Salary package: $115,511 - $123,519 per annum plus 17% superannuation
Terms: Full time, Fixed term (up to 7 months)
About the role
The Security Operations Manager is a key leadership position within the ANU UniSafe Security Team, responsible for overseeing the operational management and strategic development of security services across the university. With a strong focus on electronic security systems, this role ensures the effective deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of access control, CCTV, alarms, and other critical security technologies that protect ANU’s people, assets, and infrastructure.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, contractors, and external agencies, the Security Operations Manager will drive innovation in security technology, enhance operational efficiency, and contribute to a safe and secure campus environment. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, strategic oversight, and hands-on leadership, ensuring that security policies, procedures, and systems align with best practices and evolving threats.

Experience with Gallagher Access Control Systems and/or Geutebruck CCTV systems is highly favourable.
