The Coral Bell School of Asia Pacific Affairs (Bell School) is a world-leading centre for research, education, and policy analysis on international and Asia Pacific politics, security, diplomacy, and strategic affairs. The School comprises a number of vibrant, interdisciplinary, intellectual communities: the Department of International Relations, the Strategic and Defence Studies Centre, the Department of Political and Social Change, and the Department of Pacific Affairs.

The Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant or professional administrator to provide high-level and confidential executive support to the school Director and School Manager and to contribute to the day-to-day operation of the Coral bell School of Asia Pacific Affairs.

Working under limited supervision, your duties will include diary management, email triage, responding to correspondence, organising meetings, booking rooms, ordering catering, arranging travel, coordinating approvals and managing office systems using Microsoft Office and other University Systems.

Our Ideal Candidate:

Our ideal candidate will be personable, with excellent time management and effective verbal and written communication skills. They will be know for their discretion, initiative and excellent eye for detail.
