Salary package: $115,511 - $118,399 per annum plus 17% superannuation

This position is continuing (contingent funded). The funding that supports this project has an expected end date of March 2030.

 

The Position

With no two days being the same, this role is integral to the delivery and support of dynamic, multidisciplinary research partnerships that bridge academia and industry. It coordinates a wide range of activities—from project management and stakeholder engagement to facilitating seamless communication between international partners and internal teams—to ensure that innovative research initiatives are executed effectively. By providing essential administrative support and strategic oversight, this position helps drive the ongoing evolution and success of the Centre’s collaborative projects.

The Person

We are looking for an experienced and proactive professional with a proven track record in project management and office coordination. The ideal candidate is a natural team player who thrives on tackling challenging problems while cultivating productive relationships with colleagues, industry partners, and stakeholders. In addition, we value someone with hands-on experience in industry-university relations, who can effectively interface with both sectors and coordinate cross-disciplinary research initiatives. With exceptional communication skills, robust organisational abilities, and a strategic mindset, you will be instrumental in driving forward innovative partnerships and ensuring the smooth, dynamic delivery of our ground-breaking research initiatives.
