Position overview
ANU Marketing and Communications (AMC) is the University's central point for internal and external communication, media relations, public events, government relations an brand and marketing activities.
The Office of Public Affairs consists of three main streams of work: Media Relations, Publications and Corporate Communications. Our audiences include staff and students, government departments and agencies, media and the public. The office publishes high quality communications on a wide range of channels including web, social media, print, radio, video and digital platforms.
We are looking for a motivated and talented individual to join our Corporate Communications team. The Communications Officer will be responsible for developing and delivering a range of communication products.
This role involves creating content for internal communications, campaigns, web and creative storytelling in alignment with the ANU Brand Identity and narrative.
The ideal applicant will have a background in corporate communications or a related field, and demonstrate excellent skill in writing for a range of platforms and audiences. Strong technical proficiency in communication tools is also essential.
