Position Overview
A postdoctoral position (Academic Level A) is available at the ANU node of the Australian Research Council Centre of Excellence for the Mathematical Analysis of Cellular Systems (MACSYS, https://macsys.org/). MACSYS brings together mathematical, computational, and biological scientists to develop innovative computational methods that make biology predictive.
The successful candidate will join A/Professor Jean Wen’s research group, the ANU node leader of MACSYS at the John Curtin School of Medical Research (JCSMR), to advance multi-omics data integration towards whole cell modeling. Key responsibilities include:

The John Curtin School of Medical Research (JCSMR) is a foundational research institution within the The ANU College of Science and Medicine, and discoveries originating from JCSMR research have led to 3 Nobel prizes in Medicine and Physiology. Its mission is to decipher the intricate biological mechanisms crucial to human health, by delving into the vast enigmas of the genome, immune responses, and the brain, and leveraging these insights for the benefit of humanity.
