Salary package: $83,351 - $90,926 per annum plus 17% superannuation

Position Overview
This is a key role in a small friendly and motivated team delivering clinical skills education to medical students enrolled in the 4-year postgraduate medicine program.
The position is face-to-face and is based at Canberra Hospital.
With no two days being the same, the role is integral to the delivery/support of the clinical skills program. It is a hands-on and physically active role and includes set-up and pack-up of clinical skills teaching rooms, rostering and scheduling students and clinical teachers, managing teaching equipment and consumables stores, keeping learning resources up to date and working in a team to deliver the daily schedule of clinical skills teaching.
The Person
We are looking for a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the capacity to quickly develop productive, professional relationships with colleagues and clients. Highly developed organisational skills, effective self-management and a strong desire to work in a hands-on education delivery environment are key. We are looking for someone who thrives in a busy operations environment and who can quickly acquire an understanding of schedules, teaching session set-up and the support needs of program delivery.
