Salary package: $81,318- $88,709 per annum plus 17% superannuation

Position Overview
The Division of Student Administration contributes to the University's strategic objective to provide an excellent educational experience for its students through delivery of accessible and supportive administrative functions throughout the student lifecycle. The Division's student related support services include the management of; enrolment and progression; fee invoicing and cashiering; scholarships; examinations; prizes; graduations; timetabling; general enquiries; student card; transcripts; student communications and quality advice on ANU student related policy and rules as well as compliance with national and international regulations.
This position will provide advice on university policies and procedures to current and past students, in particular with regard to coursework examinations, graduations, academic progression and prizes with a strong focus on customer service and requires versatility, creativity, and integrity to deliver practical and supportive outcomes for students through the delivery of student administration services in relation to coursework and HDR examinations, graduations and prizes.
