The Position

The Front-End Developer will join the Web & Digital Services team within the Brand and Marketing Office, International and Future Students Division. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and designers to translate complex concepts into intuitive user journeys and prototypes, ensuring compliance with ANU’s Drupal themes, style guides, and accessibility standards. This role directly supports ANU’s student recruitment and communication goals by optimising digital experiences and resolving customer journey pain points.

The Person

We are seeking a skilled and collaborative Front-End Developer with:

  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into visually coherent wireframes or prototypes.
  • Proficiency in HTML, SCSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and experience using GitHub.
  • Experience in visual design, front-end development, or interaction design.
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects under deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to respond professionally to feedback.

The School/Department

The Brand and Marketing Office (BMO) is part of the International and Future Students (IFS) Division within the Education Portfolio.
