Enquiry Officer

The Core Enquiry Officer works closely with other member of the Future Student Enquiry team, and with the Marketing and Student Recruitment practitioners across campus, liaising with and providing quality future student enquiry services and advices to a wide variety of stakeholders. The Enquire Officer supports the answering of future student enquiries in a timely and accurate way to ensure a high level of future student experience and escalation of more complex marketing and communications enquiries to relevant team members.
