Position Overview

The Coursework Scholarships Coordinator plays a key role in delivering the University’s coursework scholarship and student financial award programs. Reporting to the Deputy Manager, Coursework Scholarships, the position coordinates daily operations, supervises staff, and ensures compliance with University policies and procedures. The role provides high-level secretariat support for scholarship selection committees, manages enquiries, prepares reports and analysis, and maintains scholarship communications and webpages. Working closely with students, staff, committee members and external stakeholders, the Coordinator delivers accurate, timely and student-focused services while contributing to continuous improvement, effective governance and the successful administration of scholarship and sponsorship programs.
