Salary package: $100,847 - $116,083 per annum plus 17% superannuation

Position overview
The Campus Environment Division maintains and enhances the University's buildings, grounds and infrastructure on campus. Our goal is to provide a research and study environment that enables excellence in teaching, learning and research. The parking office contributes to Campus Environment's purpose through delivery of parking administration on campus as well as compliance through infringements.
The Administrative Coordinator works closely with other members of the parking team and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders in the delivery of parking services including permit sales, infringement management and asset management across campus. The position will be working in a service focused environment involving face to face interactions with customers. Supporting the parking manager, the role is responsible for the provision of timely advice on complex matters relating to infringement appeals and pursuance, in line with relevant legislations and processes.
