Salary package: $65.71 - $75.64 per hour plus 12.5% superannuation

The Position

Casual Academic Skills Advisers work within a specialist team who work in collaboration with academic staff and library staff to support students' high-level academic learning development. Duties include delivering individual consultations with coursework students, delivering workshops (such as in the Orientation program, the Introductory Academic Program, or as a guest presenter in coursework classes), and contributing to the development of learning resources. 

Casual Academic Skills Advisers work in the Academic Skills program for specific times as required, such as when additional staff are required during busy periods, coverage for continuing staff leave, or specific project work.
