Salary package: $100,847 - $116,083 per annum plus 17% superannuation

Position Overview
Campus Environment enables world-class, safe, sustainable and inclusive campus environments through innovative operational excellence and a culture of unity.The Venues, Events and Retail Coordinator is a dynamic and customer-focused role within the Venues & Functions team. The position supports a diverse portfolio of services including Shop ANU merchandise operations, venue hire, events, accommodation services and Functions on Campus approvals.A key focus of the role is the coordination of Shop ANU, including inventory management, stock control, merchandising, supplier liaison, sales reconciliation and customer service. The role also supports the planning and delivery of events, venue bookings, accommodation reservations and stakeholder engagement activities across the University.
Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will help deliver high-quality services, enhance customer experiences and contribute to the ongoing success of ANU's commercial and community operations.
The successful candidate will have experience in retail, events, hospitality, venue operations or customer service environments and demonstrate strong organisational, financial and relationship management skills.
