Position overview

Student Engagement and Education Management (SEEM) is within the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Education) Portfolio and is responsible for the administrative support of students through the student lifecycle from when an offer is made to the completion of their studies and graduation. The Regulatory Compliance Officer provides administrative support to the regulatory compliance function for matters of legislative compliance including HESA and ESOS. The role supports the team in monitoring and reporting on compliance matters both internally and externally.

The successful applicant will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in providing high quality customer service
  • Aptitude in interpreting and advising stakeholders on legislation and university policy
  • Excellent computer processing skills
  • Experience in maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
