Position overview
Positioned within ANU Careers and Employability's Business Hub, this role plays a key part in the development, administration, and delivery of the ANU College of Business and Economics award-winning professional development and student engagement programs. The coordinator works closely with academic and professional staff across the College, serves as the first point of contact for student professional development support services, and provides end-to-end administrative support for program delivery. The role also collaborates with industry partners to deliver workshops, career development events, internships, and mentoring opportunities for CBE students.
The Person
We are looking for someone with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills who is highly organised, customer-focused, and enjoys building strong relationships. You will bring excellent coordination and communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities while delivering exceptional service. Experience coordinating mentoring or professional development programs, as well as industry engagement and student employability events, will be highly regarded.

The Department
The Learning and Teaching portfolio supports the achievement of strategic University learning and teaching goals, particularly in relation to excellence and innovation in curriculum, learning and teaching, academic digital infrastructure, and careers and employability. The ANU Careers and Employability portfolio leads the strategy for student careers & employability for the university. The team draws on global best practice and current graduate employment market knowledge to advise and work in partnership with central and College staff on curricular and co-curricular programs to ensure that undergraduate, postgraduate coursework and HDR students across the ANU develop the skills and confidence they need to transition into successful and rewarding careers as future-ready graduates. The Business Hub supports initiatives in the ANU College of Business and Economics.

The Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Education) leads strategic initiatives to enhance teaching quality, learning innovation and student experience across ANU.
