Classification: Senior Manager 1 (Information Technology)
Salary package: $141,637 - $148,403 per annum plus 17% superannuation
Terms: Full time, Fixed term (up to 2 years)

The Position
The Capability Lead, Agile Practices will play a key leadership role in shaping and embedding modern delivery practices across Information Technology Services (ITS). Working closely with delivery teams, leaders and stakeholders, the role will lead the development, implementation and adoption of agile delivery, product management and portfolio management frameworks that support delivery of the ANU Digital Plan.
Reporting to the Chapter Lead for Agile Practices, the Capability Lead will drive capability uplift across ITS through the design and delivery of training, communities of practice, guidance materials and targeted support. The role will also act as the Chapter Lead's deputy, providing leadership across the Chapter and contributing to its ongoing growth and maturity.

ITS has responsibility for the University’s digital ecosystem, and is leading the delivery of the Digital Plan, a 10 year strategic roadmap for the transformation of the University’s digital capability. ITS works in partnership with Colleges and Service Divisions to provide an engaging, seamless and safe digital experience that enables our students and staff to excel.
The Digital Delivery Capability area within the ITS Division works collaboratively with stakeholders across the University in the delivery of strategically aligned change for business processes and digital solutions.
