Senior Officer, Web Services

Classification: ANU Officer Grade 7 (IT)
Salary package: $102,653 - $107,795 per annum plus 17% superannuation
Term: Full time, Fixed term (up to 12 months)

Position Overview

This is a key role in a collaborative and motivated team providing expert web services to the ANU College of Science and Medicine.

As the Senior Officer, Web Services, you will play a critical role in supporting and maintaining Linux-based web servers, managing the College’s Drupal websites, and collaborating with internal clients to deliver high-quality web solutions. No two days will be the same as you troubleshoot technical challenges, enhance user experience, and develop creative solutions to meet the College’s evolving needs.

The Person

We are looking for a skilled and experienced web professional with strong expertise in Linux server administration, web application support and Drupal content management systems. You’ll be someone who thrives on solving challenging problems and can work collaboratively with your team to develop and implement effective solutions.

We’re also seeking a team player with strong interpersonal skills, who can develop productive professional relationships with colleagues and clients. Self-management, time management, and attention to detail are essential, along with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
