Salary package: $91,362 - $105,165 per annum plus 17% superannuation

Position Overview
The Division of Student Administration and Academic Services (DSAAS) is within the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) Portfolio. DSAAS is responsible for the administrative support of students through the student lifecycle from when an offer is made through to the completion of their studies and graduation. The Office of the Registrar (OTR) sits within DSAAS, and provides a vital function in administering the rules, regulations and policies that support the student experience, particularly in relation to student conduct. The Senior Appeals and Integrity Officer oversees and supports the delivery of efficient and effective services to the ANU community in the critical areas of appeals and integrity (academic and disciplinary) matters and will help maintain a culture of respect, safety and wellbeing.
Our Ideal Candidate
An ideal candidate will have experience in administering processes and conducting assessments under the provisions of institutional polices and rules or ensuring compliance with legislation. Candidates will need to be able to work in a changing higher education landscape and adapt to new processes as required. A background in compliance management or complaint investigation/assessment would be highly regarded.
