Salary package: $83,351-$97,929 per annum plus 17% superannuation

This position is continuing (contingent funded). The funding that supports this project has an expected end date of 30 June 2025.
  • Requires excellent writing, data analysis, and R programming skills.
  • Located in the Population Lab in the School of Demography.

Position overview

The research officer will be required to assist with:

  • developing population projections for a Northern Territory Government funded project,
  • the collection and analyses of data for the Mapping Social Cohesion project funded by the Scanlon Foundation Research Institute, and
  • preparing academic outputs related to social cohesion as part of an Australian Research Council-funded DECRA project.

The ANU College of Arts and Social Sciences (CASS) is one of seven Colleges at ANU. The College, which is structured into two main research schools, offers degrees in more than 20 discipline areas and excels in research across the creative arts, humanities and social sciences. The College has a substantial international research presence and is a major source of national policy advice.
