About the Role
Information Technology Services (ITS) provides corporate IT services to ANU staff, students and visitors in support of achieving excellence in research, teaching and public policy. The projects primary goals for 2025 are the replacement of a number of network switches and end user computing devices across the Acton campus. The work of ITS is coordinated with services provided within and by University Colleges and other Service Divisions to form a cohesive, University-wide information services infrastructure.
The ITS TechCon Project Officer will primarily provide onsite technical support for the project but will also engage in desktops, mobile devices and other systems and devices used by the University. Responsibilities include:
