Term: Full-time, Continuing

The Position

The Accommodation Enquiry Officer plays a key role in helping students find a home on campus at ANU. The Person

The successful candidate will bring strong administrative and customer service skills, sound judgement and the ability to communicate clearly with people from a wide range of backgrounds. They will be organised, able to manage competing priorities and confident working both independently and as part of a small team. Experience with StarRez or a similar accommodation management system would be an advantage but is not essential. The ability to analyse and interpret data will also be highly regarded.

The Division

The Residential Experience Division supports nearly 6,000 students living across 15 on-campus residences at ANU. It oversees the operations, services, and strategic planning of the University’s student accommodation portfolio, with a strong focus on enhancing the residential experience, maximising occupancy and delivering services efficiently.
