Salary package: $98,387 – $113,252 per annum, plus 17% superannuation
Terms: Full-time, Fixed-term (until August 2027)

Position overview

The Student Orientation Coordinator will work within the new Student Engagement and Education Management (SEEM) Division under the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Education) Portfolio. SEEM is responsible for the administrative support of students throughout the student lifecycle, from when an offer is accepted through to the completion of their studies. The role forms part of the Transition and Retention team, and reports to the Manager, Transition and Retention.

The Student Orientation Coordinator will work closely with team members and a range of internal and external stakeholders to plan and deliver high-quality orientation, transition and co-curricular engagement activities for domestic and international students, including those delivered during Orientation Week. The role may also include supervisory and leadership responsibilities, as required. 

This position is well-suited to candidates who foster a service-orientated culture and work confidently and productively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
