Salary package: $87,570 - $95,530 per annum plus 17% superannuation
Terms:  Full Time, Multiple positions (1x Continuing, 1x Fixed term until March 2027 and 1x Fixed term until July 2027)

The Position

As a Student Hub Officer, your key priority will be to provide student-centred support to help students navigate the administrative and academic processes throughout their journey as an ANU student.

The Person

You will be an exceptional communicator and be able to deliver information accurately and sensitively via face-to-face, email, telephone and online video chat conversations.

The School/Department

Student Central’s core service is the provision of student-centred enquiry support to current and past ANU students, Alumni, staff and the wider ANU community. We also support activities related to orientation, course and program management, timetabling, fees, scholarships, examinations, graduations and current student communications.

The College/Division

The Division of Student Engagement and Education Management (SEEM) is within the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Education) Portfolio. SEEM is responsible for the administrative support of students through the student lifecycle, from admissions application through to the completion for their studies and graduation. SEEM activities include admissions, general student enquiries, enrolment, class timetabling, program management, financial transactions, scholarship management, examination management, legislative compliance in relation to students including appeals, grievance, academic misconduct, discipline processes, curriculum management and the development and support of student systems.
