Salary package: $89,134 - $102,600 per annum plus 17% superannuation

  • Provide advice and high level support on a wide range of general and student administration, financial and human resources matters
  • Actively participate in the efficient coordination and day-to-day operations in the Schools.

Position Overview
The Senior Administration Officers works under the broad direction of the Administration Manager and the School Manager to undertake a broad range of administrative tasks relating to the day-to-day activities, acting as first point of contact for administrative services and providing high level support to a variety of stakeholders including staff, students and visitors, working in partnership with team members, College functional area staff and with colleagues in ANU Central Services.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have strong administrative and support skills, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with multiple projects, stakeholders and competing deadlines in a dynamic environment. The successful applicant will be flexible and resourceful with a demonstrated commitment to the delivery of high quality outcomes to meet the needs of the Schools, College and University. Experience in finance, human resources and/or student administration will be highly regarded.

The ANU College of Arts and Social Sciences (CASS) is one of seven Colleges at ANU.
