Salary package: $124,392 - $133,017 per annum plus 17% superannuation

Position overview
The Residential Marketing Manager plays a key role in shaping how students discover, understand and engage with the ANU residential experience.
Working within Residential Services, you will lead the development and delivery of marketing and communication initiatives that support student recruitment, strengthen engagement with current residents and promote the University's on-campus accommodation experience.
This is a varied role combining strategic planning with hands-on delivery across marketing campaigns, digital and social media, content, brand, events and student communications. You will work closely with colleagues across the University to ensure residential marketing is coordinated, creative and aligned with broader University priorities.
We are looking for an experienced and collaborative marketing professional who can bring fresh ideas, build strong relationships and turn strategy into effective campaigns and communications that deliver measurable outcomes.
Ideal candidate
Our ideal candidate is a creative and proactive marketing professional who enjoys turning ideas into engaging campaigns and communications. You will bring strong marketing and communication experience, excellent writing skills and the confidence to manage initiatives from planning through to delivery.
You will be a natural relationship builder who enjoys working collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders, while also being comfortable working independently and managing competing priorities. Most importantly, you will bring curiosity, sound judgement and a genuine enthusiasm for connecting with students and showcasing the ANU residential experience.
