Salary package: $124,392 - $133,017 per annum plus 17% superannuation

Position overview
The Senior Administrator is a key member of the Office of the Vice-Chancellor, providing high-level administrative, executive and project support to enable the effective and efficient operation of the Office. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, the position works closely with the Vice-Chancellor and colleagues across the Office to coordinate priorities, manage competing demands and ensure key matters are progressed in a timely, professional and effective manner.
The role supports the planning, coordination and continuous improvement of the Office’s business processes, systems and operational practices, while contributing to strategic projects and priorities. As an important point of contact for the Office, the Senior Administrator liaises with staff, students, visitors and internal and external stakeholders, and coordinates meetings, correspondence, events, records and projects. The role requires a high degree of initiative, sound judgement, discretion and professionalism, particularly when managing sensitive information and matters of institutional importance.
