Salary package: $87,570 - $95,530 per annum plus 17% superannuation 
Term: 2 x Full time, Fixed Term positions up to 27/08/2026

We are seeking a Recruitment Officer to join the People and Culture Division. This is an opportunity to contribute to the delivery of recruitment services, working closely with colleagues and stakeholders to support a smooth and professional experience for both hiring managers and candidates. 

In this role, you will provide day-to-day recruitment advice and support, applying your understanding of policies and procedures to guide decision-making and ensure compliance. You will work with Divisions and Schools, building effective relationships and contributing to consistent recruitment outcomes. 

The successful candidate will bring experience in recruitment or broader HR administration, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. We value adaptability, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to interpret and apply policy, and this role offers the opportunity to further develop these capabilities. Experience with HR and recruitment systems (ideally PeopleSoft and PageUp) will be beneficial.
