This is an exciting opportunity to join ANU as a Recruitment Consultant within the People and Culture Division (P&C). Working collaboratively with our P&C colleagues to provide the best people solutions and enhance staff experience. This role is responsible for the day-to-day provision of high-quality, professional recruitment advice to ensure smooth recruitment processes for both managers and candidates. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to contribute to Indigenous recruitment projects, as the team strengthens its capability to support university-wide Indigenous employment initiatives.
The successful candidate will have experience in stakeholder management in a HR or recruitment agency setting, strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a team. Demonstrated knowledge of working in line with policies and procedures is essential, as well as understanding of Recruitment and HR Management Systems (preferably PeopleSoft and Page Up).
