Classification: ANU Officer 5 (Administration)
Salary package: $85,434 - $93,200 per annum plus 17% superannuation
Terms: Full time, Fixed term (until end of 2026)
Position overview
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level support to Fiona Cornforth, Head of Yardhura Walani, The National Centre for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Wellbeing Research. They will work under the Head of Centre’s general direction, providing executive-level administrative support and acting as a first point of contact for a broad range of administrative tasks relating to day-to-day activities of the Head of Centre and the broader research Centre as a whole.
The Person
The Executive Assistant will be a member of Yardhura Walani and support the Head of Centre. The role also engages with and provides support to a variety of stakeholders including ANU staff, students, partners and visitors. Importantly they will be regularly engaging with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community members, organisations and research partners. The Executive Assistant will work in collaboration with staff across the Centre, NCEPH, the College and ANU central services.
