The Opportunity
The Deputy Manager, Student Mobility and Support Services, reports to the Manager, Education Services, and supports the College’s Associate Deans. The role advances student mobility, scholarships, and internships by working closely with academic and administrative staff, students, and central Divisions. The Deputy Manager develops efficient processes to support student programs and services, aligning with the College’s strategic priorities. They maintain strong relationships across CAP Schools and administrative teams and lead the implementation of innovative student mobility initiatives. CAP Education Services oversees education, mobility, and scholarships, ensuring delivery of objectives outlined in the College’s Operational and Education Plans.
Our Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in student and education administration, including management advice and deep knowledge of contemporary education practices, compliance, and legislative frameworks—preferably within a higher education setting. They will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to enhance administrative processes supporting international education and student services. With demonstrated supervisory experience, the candidate will excel at leading and motivating teams, managing competing priorities, and delivering outcomes in a collaborative environment. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to provide high-quality reports and effective presentations. Postgraduate qualifications and a strong interest in Asia and the Pacific will be highly regarded.
