Classification: ANU Officer Grade 4 (Administration) 
Salary package: $81,296 - $87,954 per annum plus 17% superannuation
Term: Full Time, Continuing and Fixed Term roles (up to 31/01/2027)

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Australian National University (ANU) as a Recruitment Assistant within the People and Culture Division. People and Culture is dedicated to fulfilling the Australian National University’s vision of becoming one of the world's great universities through collaborative and customer-focused service.  

The Recruitment Assistant plays a key role in delivering a positive employee experience, working collaboratively within a team to provide high-quality recruitment administration support. This role involves managing shared inboxes, preparing employment offer letters, and accurately entering data in a high-volume environment.

The position requires the ability to multitask across various stages of the recruitment lifecycle and offers an excellent opportunity to kick start a career in Human Resources.

The successful candidate will bring experience in a customer-focused environment, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and work effectively as part of a team. Previous experience in an HR or recruitment setting is highly regarded.
