Salary package: $100,847 - $116,083 per annum plus 17% superannuation
Terms: Full time, fixed-term up to 12 months

To support this ambition, ANU has a dedicated in‑house Executive Search function that leads all executive search activity and facilitates senior leadership appointments and strategic hires.
We are seeking an Executive Search Consultant to join our small, high-performing team. In this role you will work closely with the ANU Executive Search leadership team, contributing high-quality recruitment research and guidance. You will be an integral team member, identifying and engaging prospective candidates and sources, maintaining talent pipelines and preparing targeted search strategies - while managing high-level processes in-line with best practice and policy.
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced resourcer or recruiter who excels in candidate care, values genuine collaboration, brings strong recruitment research and relationship-building capability and enjoys working within a small, professional and values-driven specialist team.
