Salary package: $121,359 - $129,772 per annum plus 17% superannuation

The Position

The Administration Manager will be a member of the College General Administration Team and will lead a collaborative team of professional staff to deliver customer-focussed support to academics, students and visitors.  The Administration Manager will ensure seamless delivery of the day-to-day administrative operations while supporting School and College in implementing strategic and operational initiatives.

The Person

We seek a strategic leader with exceptional people skills and a proven track record in problem-solving and delivering operational guidance within fast-paced, complex environments. Your ability to lead by example, combined with outstanding communication and interpersonal strengths, will be key to building respectful, collaborative, and productive relationships with stakeholders.

The College

The ANU College of Science and Medicine encompasses the disciplines of: Astronomy, Biology, Chemistry, Earth Sciences, Environment and Society, Mathematics, Physics, and Science Communication and is also home to a number of cross-disciplinary and specialist Institutes and Centres.  Staff and students within the ANU College of Science and Medicine conduct research and deliver a research-led education program that encompasses the breadth of the sciences, supported by extensive international networks and by world-class facilities.
