Position overview

ANU Marketing and Communications (AMC) is the University's central point for internal and external communication, media relations, the University’s public events program, as well as brand and marketing activities including strategy, market research, advertising, digital services, social media engagement and creative design.

The Digital Strategies Insights and Analytics (DSIA) team leads strategic insight and planning, collaborating with colleges and business units to drive the university’s digital strategy, insights, and analytics. By gathering market intelligence, we enhance marketing efforts and boost student applications through targeted campaigns. 

We support web access, create pages, and uphold style guides, UX/UI design, and analytics standards. Our team delivers reports, ensures compliance, and provides insights to attract top talent to ANU.

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to champion the user on their digital journey with ANU. The UX/UI Designer plays a critical role in providing a positive customer experience when engaging stakeholders, working within the web infrastructure to deliver positive user experiences. They also provide support for the optimisation of the front-end web presence, with a focus on user experiences.
