Position Overview
Operating within the prestigious Learning and Teaching portfolio, you will be at the forefront of driving pedagogical excellence and educational transformation across the organization. This is a rare opportunity to work directly with the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Learning and Teaching) to shape the frameworks, policies, and governance structures that define the student experience.
As the Senior Manager, you lead high-performing teams in the delivery of institution-wide education support initiatives. You act as a strategic advisor to academic leaders, providing expert guidance on curriculum design, quality standards, and the evolving higher education landscape.
Your focus is on building innovation and coherence across the education portfolio, ensuring all initiatives align with the University’s Learning & Teaching Strategy. You are responsible for managing significant budgets and resources while navigating complex, multi-stakeholder projects that build organizational capability at scale.
To excel in this role, you bring deep expertise in academic governance, pedagogy, or education policy. You are a leader who thrives on complexity and possesses the influence to drive meaningful change among senior stakeholders.
