The Opportunity
The Manager, Digital Learning reports to the College General Manager and leads the Digital Education Support team. The position provides high-level advice, technical expertise, and strategic leadership to support the College's digital education initiatives, particularly the integration of digital technologies into teaching, learning, and research.
The role leads a team that supports academic staff across a diverse range of disciplines to enhance course design and develop instructional media. It also provides guidance on the effective use of educational technologies in alignment with the College's and the University's e-learning objectives.
Our Ideal Candidate
We are seeking an experienced leader with a proven track record of managing a technical services team that supports the delivery of education in a digital learning environment. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with demonstrated experience in developing and implementing innovative digital learning strategies within the tertiary education sector or a similar environment.
You will also have a strong ability to manage competing priorities, deliver high-quality customer service, and support a diverse range of stakeholders in a fast-paced setting.
To succeed in this role, you will bring strong leadership and communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to build and lead a high-performing team. You will demonstrate sound judgement and a proven ability to establish effective working relationships across academic, professional, and student communities.
