Salary package: $77,379 - $83,716 per annum plus 17% superannuation

The Position

The Australian National University Library is seeking a Library Services Officer to support the delivery of library services across the University. Working within the Client Services team, the role involves assisting users at service points, processing Document Supply and reading list requests, maintaining collections, and supporting information literacy initiatives that facilitate access to scholarly resources.

Join our dynamic library team and play a vital role in delivering exceptional service across multiple locations. In this customer-focused position, you’ll support users both online and in person, responding to enquiries and assisting with equipment use. You’ll help maintain our collections and physical spaces, contribute to engaging library tours, and participate in exciting project work that enhances our services.

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring proven experience with library systems and service delivery, along with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Familiarity with library services and operational procedures is essential, as is the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
