The Opportunity
We are seeking a Deputy Manager, Student Administration and Engagement to lead the Student Administration and Engagement team in delivering expert, responsive advice on student matters across the lifecycle (admission, enrolment, progression, examinations, graduation, mobility, curriculum, scholarships, etc.). You will supervise the team, manage the day-to-day operations, produce strategic reports and analytics and drive continuous improvements in student administrative processes. The position reports to the Student Administration Manager and will collaborate broadly with the Schools, College, University and external stakeholders.

Our Ideal Candidate
Our ideal candidate will have experience in a similar senior student administration role in a higher education environment. You will have demonstrated leadership capability in supervising teams, managing workloads and building capability. You will have excellent knowledge of student administration legislation, policies and governance frameworks, strong advisory and communications skills and experience in driving process improvements and service excellence.
