Salary: $75,492 - $81,674 per annum plus 17% superannuation
Terms: 2 x Full time, Fixed term (up to 12 months)
The Opportunity
NSC is offering an opportunity for two organised and enthusiastic individuals to join our team on a fulltime basis as Graduate Research and Administration Assistants. This role is ideal for graduates with a genuine interest in national security. The successful candidates will support a suite of activities across the college. This can include:
You will work in partnership with NSC team members, College Staff and a wide variety of external stakeholders.
Due to the nature of work undertaken by Graduates at the NSC, applicants must meet eligibility requirements for an Australian government security clearance: be an Australian citizen and have a checkable background. Please be aware that the NSC is not in a position to provide relocation support for the successful applicants.

The National Security College (NSC), which is part of the Crawford School, is a joint venture between the Australian Government and the Australian National University (ANU). NSC conducts programs relating to national security policy including executive and professional development courses, postgraduate education, research and outreach.
The vision for the NSC is to build, through its core activities and the attributes of its graduates, enhanced strategic understanding and critical thinking about Australia’s national security. The NSC builds this enhanced understanding in ways that promote collaborative leadership within government as well as trusted networks.
