Position overview
The Division of Student Engagement and Education Management (SEEM) supports the University’s commitment to delivering an excellent student experience by providing accessible, high‑quality administrative services across the student lifecycle. SEEM oversees key functions including enrolment and progression, fees, scholarships, examinations, graduations, timetabling, student communications, and policy advice, ensuring compliance with relevant national and international regulations.
We are seeking an Exams and Results Coordinator who can provide operational support across all examination and results processes, ensuring accurate, timely, and student-centred service delivery. The ideal candidate will enjoy working collaboratively with both internal stakeholders and external partners, fostering positive working relationships and contributing specialist expertise in exams and results operations. We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, communicates proactively, manages a diverse range of administrative responsibilities, and contributes to continuous improvement in service quality and process efficiency.
