Salary package: $124,392 - $133,017 per annum plus 17% superannuation

The Position
The Brand Deputy Manager will shape and lead the delivery of high quality and impactful branding and design solutions for the University. The role will also be responsible for supporting key brand projects that elevate the Universities reputation.
As a senior member of the ANU Brand team, the Brand Deputy Manager leads a high-performing team of creatives to build and strengthen the University's reputation through compelling, audience-first visual content and design. The role is responsible for the strategic management of the ANU brand identity – encompassing its application, implementation, and how it is understood and experienced across the University.
The Person
This role would suit an experienced brand professional who combines strong design and project management expertise with a collaborative leadership style. The successful candidate will have a continuous improvement mindset, the ability to build effective relationships across a complex organisation, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality, on-brand outcomes. They will be an influential communicator, skilled at leading teams, managing stakeholders, and driving brand consistency while supporting broader marketing, engagement, and organisational goals.
