Position Overview

The Academic Compliance Officer supports the Academic Compliance team as the first line contact for users of the University's Programs and Courses website and Curriculum Management System (CMS) as well as the providing administrative support to the Academic Compliance team and advice across the broader university community. You will access data in the Student Administration System (SAS) and other systems and undertake administrative and processing tasks. Opportunities will be available for training and upskilling.

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused team player with strong systems and data experience and high-quality customer service skills. You will have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills and be able to manage competing priorities independently and collaboratively.

The Division of Student Administration contributes to the University's strategic objective to provide an excellent educational experience for its students through delivery of accessible and supportive administrative functions throughout the student lifecycle. The Division's student related support services include the management of: enrolment and progression; fee invoicing and cashiering; scholarships; examinations; prizes; graduations; timetabling; general enquiries; student card; transcripts;  student communications and quality advice on ANU student related policy and rules as well as compliance with national and international regulations.
