      Join us and work with the Development and Inclusion Team at ANU.

      As a Training and Project Officer, you will play a key support role in the organisational development, scholarship and training initiatives and fostering the University's employee value proposition.

      What You’ll Do:
      You will support university-wide organisational development by providing administrative support, data analysis and reporting across a range of staff development initiatives including development workshops, staff scholarships, cadet programs, compliance training and staff awards. You will also contribute to projects that support university-wide leadership and capability development.

      What we are looking for:
      We are looking for a candidate with strong administrative, organisational, and people focused skills. You will work as a member of a small team that works closely together to achieve great outcomes.

      This role will also be ideal for someone seeking an opportunity to leverage exceptional customer service, administrative, and analytical skills while working in a dynamic and complex environment. It will be ideal for someone who is adaptable, IT-savvy, enjoys learning new skills, and is passionate about making a positive impact through effective communication and attention to detail.
