This is an exciting opportunity to join ANU as a Recruitment Team Lead within the People and Culture Division (P&C). The role plays a key part in shaping an engaging, supportive and safe working environment by leading a team that delivers high‑quality recruitment services across the University. The role oversees the day‑to‑day operations of the Recruitment Team and supports the delivery of professional, timely and people‑centred recruitment advice to managers and candidates.

The successful candidate will bring demonstrated leadership experience within an internal HR or recruitment setting, with a strong focus on staff engagement, coaching and fostering a collaborative team culture. A commitment to creating safe, respectful and inclusive work environments is essential, along with the ability to guide others in applying policies, procedures and best‑practice recruitment approaches. Strong attention to detail and experience working with Recruitment and HR Management Systems (preferably PeopleSoft and Page Up) will support success in this role.
