Salary package: $134,812 to $141,252 per annum plus 17% superannuation
Term: Full Time, Continuing
The Residential Experience Division has a position available for Senior Manager, Residence at the dedicated Post Graduate student residence and ANU Acton Campus.
The Residential Experience Division, within the Service Portfolio, delivers on ANU strategic priorities relating to on-campus student accommodation, providing different rooms across 13 residences, for over 500 students. The team works closely with a number of areas across the University to provide a safe and welcoming environment to enable students to achieve their highest academic outcomes. Key partners include the University Experience Division (student safety, well-being support and clinical services), Campus and Environment, academic colleges and service partners such as finance and information technology.
Position Overview:
The Senior Residence Manager is part of the senior residence management team and plays an important role in enabling residential students to experience a high quality and enriched educational, cultural and social experience. The primary role is to provide a community environment that supports the emotional, physical, and academic development and enrichment of student residents and the overall operational management in accordance with University processes and contractual requirements.
The Senior Residence Manager may be requested to be on-call as required and work outside of normal business hours.
