Salary package : $138,182-$144,783 + 17% Superannuation (as at 18th of December)
Term: Continuing, Full-Time
- Initiate, plan, manage and execute designs and projects.
- Work within a team of multidiscipline building services engineers and closely with a broad range of in-house services such as project management, procurement, sustainability, maintenance and commercial.
- Shape a complex and diverse range of building types including laboratory, office, teaching, data centre, venue and retail.

Position overview
The mission of Campus Environment Division is to "Enable academic excellence at ANU through integrated and innovative facilities and project delivery". Our portfolios: Operations, Infrastructure and Planning, Corporate, Sustainability, and University House- are integral in delivering on our commitments with a dedication to our mission and values. The technical team sits within Infrastructure and Planning and provides in house engineering services to a broad range of internal stakeholders. These services include feasibility, analysis, planning, design, procurement, design management, project management and tuning.
Located within the Infrastructure and Planning Portfolio, the Senior Mechanical Engineer will perform analysis, design, reporting and supervision relating to mechanical engineering, and enable delivery of outcomes and objectives that meet Divisional objectives and University requirements. The Senior Mechanical Engineer will focus on HVAC systems and controls as well as energy efficiency.
