Salary package: $86,960 - $100,098 per annum plus 17% superannuation
Terms: Fixed term, full time (Up to 12 months)
The John Curtin School of Medical Research is Australia’s national medical research institute. We excel in multidisciplinary, translational medical research in fields including immunology, cancer, genomics, neuroscience, mental health, infectious diseases, obesity and metabolic disorders. It forms part of the ANU College of Health and Medicine, which comprises of other Research Schools who work in partnership with the health sector at local, national and international levels.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to play a key role in developing and implementing the communication and related public engagement activities of our School.
The Senior Communications and Engagement Officer will work closely with the College, and the School’s academic and professional staff and students, to proactively promote the many successes of the School. You will be responsible for the delivery of school-based events and content development for school communication channels, including web and social content. You will also play a pivotal role in improving and enhancing internal communication practices and processes, and contributing to College-wide strategic initiatives.
