Salary package: $95,987 - $110,489 per annum plus 17% superannuation

The Position

The Senior Business Support Coordinator coordinates the business services responsibilities of ANU Advancement including WHS, Building custodianship, the on and off boarding of staff, asset management, enquiry management support and other business critical support. This role ensures the development of business protocols and procedures, handling issues related to operations for the portfolio, engaging stakeholders, and delivering high quality and robust client services to the ANU Advancement Portfolio in support of the achievement of the University’s strategic philanthropic goals.

The Person

The Senior Business Support Coordinator role supports the day-to-day administration of the ANU Advancement office. The position will establish and maintain effective, professional working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering a high level of customer service. The role works collaboratively with the broader Advancement Services team, ANU Advancement staff, the People & Culture portfolio, Division of Facilities and Services and the Division of Finance and Business Services, providing high level customer service and providing the wider Advancement team with advice and support for relevant Advancement business operations and activities. The role is responsible for developing and maintaining a number of business-critical relationships for Advancement and for overseeing compliance with WHS procedures and execution of WHS and building custodian processes through both the Advancement and University systems.
