Position overview
The Residential Experience Division, within the Service Portfolio delivers on whole of University strategic priorities relating to our on-campus student accommodation, providing a safe and welcoming environment to enable students to achieve their highest academic outcomes. The Residential Experience Division works closely with a number of areas across the University including the University Experience Division, Facilities and Services, Academic Colleges and Service partners such as finance and information technology.
The Division provides accommodation services for more than 5,000 students residing across 18 residences located on the ANU Acton campus. Yukeembruk Village is the latest edition to the ANU accommodation portfolio and provides more than 700 rooms for postgraduate and undergraduate students.
The Residential Experience Coordinator, Yukeembruk Village, will support the Head of Residence to foster a community through organisation of engagement activities and help ensure student wellbeing and success while living and studying at ANU. Working closely with partners across the University, the Residential Experience Coordinator will help create a safe, respectful, supportive and inclusive living experience through co-ordination of the Residence as a community, with particular emphasis on academic, wellbeing and pastoral care, safety and student development.
The Residential Experience Coordinator may be requested to be on-call, as required
