Position overview
The Research School of Management in the ANU College of Business and Economics (CBE) invites applications for a Research Fellow on a full time fixed-term appointment of 2 years, commencing last quarter 2025 or as soon as possible thereafter. The Research Fellow will be located in the Acton Campus in Canberra, Australia.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Level B Research Fellow to join a world-renowned team of researchers in the field of Organisational Behaviour. Specifically, the focus will be on human-artificial intelligence (AI) collaboration and creativity as part of an ARC Discovery Grant. You will have the opportunity to engage in research to further your expertise and growing research profile to achieve national recognition on the cross-disciplinary study of AI. In advancing this research, you will work closely with Professor Giles Hirst and key stakeholders, contributing to collaborative research outcomes.
Based in Research School of Management, the Postdoctoral Fellow will report directly to Professors Giles Hirst, Gillian Yeo, Sharon Parker & Nicole Gillespie to work on several interdisciplinary research projects studying Human-Artificial Intelligence (HAI) creative collaboration. The Postdoctoral Fellow will conduct research of international standing, contributing to the intellectual life of the School and College through seminar and other research activities. While the main focus of this position is research, the role may include some education activities.
